Robert Louis Hart

Robert Louis Hart, 75, of Watts Township, Perry County went to be with the Lord, on October 2, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He worked as a telephone technician for Bell Atlantic, Harrisburg.  Bob was a member of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Liverpool and American Legion, Post 340-Duncannon. 

Beloved husband of Judy Ann (Gongaware-Thompson) Hart; loving father of Brett Robert Hart (Marsha) of Watts Township;  and Shawn Thomas Hart (Ashley) of Schuykill County;  stepfather of Brent V. Thompson (Patti) of Loudon, Tennessee and Bryan A. Thompson (deceased);  son of Albert and Anne Hart (both deceased); brother of Albert Hart and wife Irene of Auburn, PA; Grandchildren: Zachery, Zabrina, Angel, Faith, Hope, Bentley, Keith, Andrew, Pembrooke, Jennie, Kaiya and Tate. Great Grandchildren: Nicklaus, Raymond, Luna, Renesmae, Carlisle, and Louis.


A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 10, 2020 in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1000 N. Front Street, Liverpool.  Seating is limited due to COVID-19.  Masks are required.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or Perry- Juniata County Animal Rescue, 507 Sugar Run Road, Millerstown, PA  17062.
