June Marie Miller Fickes

June Marie Miller Fickes went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 26, 2020 surrounded by her seven children and favorite daughter-in-law.
Born March 9, 1930 in Milroy, PA., she was the daughter of the late Samuel Himes and Rosie Gilbert Himes.
June loved to sew and donate blankets to nursing homes.  She attended the Village Chapel in Donnally Mills. 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                     She was the widow of the late Keneth Miller and Robert Fickes.  Surviving are seven children., Dolly Miller (late John Miller), Linda Houston (Stanley Houston), Connie Miller (Charlie Miller), Kenneth Miller Jr. (Jacie Miller), Rosie Campbell (Jimmy Campbell), Tina Campbell (Rich Campbell) and Sara Miller (late John Williams.)  Brothers and sisters, Ruth (Sean) Horn, David Himes, Mid Phillips, John Himes, Pat Himes and Denny Himes.  She was preceded in death by brothers, Sam Himes, Jim Himes, and Larry Himes.  Grammy Miller was loved by all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

SERVICE DETAILS

Services will be held at 11 AM on Sunday, November 29, 2020 in the Boyer Family Funeral Home, New Bloomfield.  A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.  Rev. Anthony C. Hill will officiate.  Burial will be in Eshcol Cemetery.
COVID-19 Precautions will be observed.
