Elsie A. (Murtoff) Dean, also known as “Tiny,” 77, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on Friday, May 25th, 2018 at The Gardens at Blue Ridge, after a six-year-long battle with ESRD.

Born April 11, 1941, in Carlisle, PA, she was the widow of U.S. Army veteran Jack Douglas Dean, and the daughter of William and Elsie Mortorff.  She loved watching Law and Order and spending time with family.

Surviving are two brothers, Robert Murtoff of Duncannon, and Charles Murtoff of Mechanicsburg and her two beautiful daughters, who blessed her with eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Her eldest daughter is Debbie A. Dean-Miller of Florida, mother of Joelene McMillen, Joey Jordan, George Lockard III, and Jesse Lockard Sr.  Her younger daughter is Brenda L. Dean of Camp Hill, PA, mother of Melissa Dean, Jack Dean, William Lewis Jr., and Debbie Dean-Lewis.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Peggy Murtoff.
