Dale Lee Kemrer, 75, of Spring Road, Shermans Dale, died on Saturday, October 6, 2018 in Harrisburg Hospital. Born September 9, 1943 in Halifax, PA, he was the son of the late Ray W. and Evelyn Mae (Shiley) Kemrer.

Dale was a Vietnam era army veteran, a retired employee of Houck Roofing Services, Linglestown, and a former employee of Perk Foods of Camp Hill.  He was a member of the Millerstown Moose and the Enola Sportsman’s Club.  He was a Green Bay Packer Fan, a Baltimore Orioles fan, and an Alabama Crimson Tide Fan.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved his car races at Williams Grove and Lincoln Speedway.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra (Morrison) Kemrer; two sons, Zane Kemrer and wife Laurie of Landisburg and Jason Kemrer and wife Gayle of Erie; a daughter, Shonagh Riggleman and husband Ed of New Bloomfield; three brothers, Larry Kemrer, Terry Kemrer and Stanley Kemrer; six sisters, Thelma Klahre, Linda Duey, Kay, Laura, Debbie and Patty; five grandchildren, Dale C. Kemrer, Eilzabeth Kemrer, Jessica Kemrer, Michael Riggleman, and Alessa Nientimp;  three great grandchildren, Ezra Kemrer and Mable and Grace Nientimp.  He was preceded in death by  grandchildren Nicole Riggleman and Rusty Kemrer.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
