Ashley Dawn Taylor

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

– 2 Corinthians 4:18

Ashley Dawn Taylor of Duncannon recently passed at the age of 32. Born March 16, 1989 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Richard Taylor, Jennifer (Mutzabaugh) McGowan and companion Joseph Skrip of Newport, and stepfather Robert McGowan of Landisburg.

Ashley attended West Perry Junior and Senior High schools where she was involved in cheerleading, softball and various clubs. She attended HACC where she studied Organized Psychology and Behavioral Health. She was very spiritual and had a great love for reading, writing, music, dance and being with friends and family. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her sons. Ashley had a contagious laugh that shined so bright that she lit up the darkest room. She had a heart full of love and generosity that she shared without exception or expectation.
